Virginia lost to Utah (11-18), Miami (11-19), and Wake Forest (14-15). Three horrible teams. Tennessee only lost one game to a team under .500 (South Carolina 14-15). Tennessee has beat more ranked teams, has more wins, and lost to higher ranked teams. Why does Tennessee not get the respect from all the coaches around the nation outside of the SEC? Does anyone agree with me? If not, explain please.

Chap hit it on the nose. No one likes the SEC. I think they should be ranked and they will go for in the tournament with Pearl as their coach. Keep a close eye on how they play during the SEC tournament this week. I agree buddy, here in the south no respect from any one except our own. Im Bama and we suck......the Madness soon begins.............

Tennessee should be ranked but the reason Virginia is ranked because they have been better toward the end of the season then they started. I agree with you though that Tennessee should be ranked and will probably be when the final coaches and ap polls come out.

Nobody respects the SEC. The same reason the pac ten doesnt have to play a conference tourny but yet 5 out of the 10 teams are a lock to go to the Big Dance.Bet only one team from the pac ten gets to the sweet 16.
