Lap top is a toshiba Model# PSM40U-01X001/ Sattellite M45-S351. Battery will only hold a charge for 15 min or so. Where can I get a new one and how/ where is it in the comp to change it?

Somewhere on your PC< I think the base of a tosh M45 there is a catch with a padlock symbol next to it, switch the catch and the battery will drop out. Buy them all over the internet or your local computer shop. Genuine Toshiba will be much much more expensive than a generic replacement
