my best friend ditched me for another group of girls without any reason and she is pritty selfish and demanding. maybe there is a reason but i dont think there is one. anyway and now she is being really mean to me for no reason what do i do to make her stop being mean to me?

If I were you, I would realize that she is not a true friend, and I would let her go. For good. It's obvious that she is more concerned with "who" she hangs with, and not about you. You deserve better. I would focus on making other friends and soon, you will undoubtedly find a new best friend. And one who is truly deserving of being a best friend!!! Good luck and I hope things get better for you soon. I know they will even though it will be hard for a while - but hang in there, ok?

You are probably right in saying that there is no reason. People just change like that. I went through the exact same thing and I haven't spoken to that girl in some months now but I'm not crying about it. Ive had other friends that have been there for me since birth and haven't left my side yet. Everybody that's your friend cant' be your best friend. Most times, it's better to only have 2 best friends cuz when you get more than that, it can get complicated real easily when buying Christmas gifts and b-day gifts. If you want her to stop being mean, look the other way, ignore her, or you can just tell her to leave you the hell alone. Tell her she two-faced and you dont' want nothing to do with her then you go on about your business. If she tries to hit you, beat the hell out of her. I know you are probably sad, but she will get what's coming to her. It dont' seem to me that she was really a good best friend.

I am sorry you are having to experience this, it's not fun being left out of a friend's life, believe me, I have had my fair share of bad friends. I don't know how old you are, but assuming that you are in high school, this is the time to make new friends and open your horizons. I am guessing your best friend found common ground with some other group of girls but this should not stop the two of you to stay friends! My advice wold be to tell her that she hurt your feelings, maybe she is doing it without realizing that she is doing it.

This person sounds like an utter complete faker, absolutley no friend would do this.....My dear there is nothing you have done wrong and nothing you need to make amends for. And from what i gather she has asked a lot from you and probably never returned that kindness back to you..In all seriousness do not be her friend. Move on there are a lot of people who deserve your friendship more.

You need to find another group of friends yourself. This girlfriend game goes on in every ones life at your age. People are trying to find out where they fall in society's social system and how popular they can be among their peers. The best advice is stop watching her and waiting for her to like you again. Find new friends for yourself too. Your life shouldn't revolve around hers.

all i can suggest is to try talking to and getting to know other people.
I know it's hard to stop being friends with your best friend im sort of going through the same thing. My best friend is hanging around with other girls she hardly talks to me anymore.
Try ignoring her and hanging out with other people if she sees your not affected by her being mean to you she might stop..
