It has a very promising days ahead. However customers become more hygiene conscious and they look forward for traditional dishes also.
The reason for the expanding future is the change in the attitude of consumers - going out often for dinner and snack. That is why we see many fast food outlets and even the established hotels are setting their fast food chains.

It is going to be one of the main jobs of the present and the future. Building cars and plant workers are losing their jobs to other countries so what is left is fast food, hospital and clerical, in my opinion.
