You should try St. John's Wort instead, I think that is the original.

I don't find that it does much of anything at all. For sleep, I take 5-HTP and/or Valerian root, but lots of exercise and a healthy diet do lots more than any supplements or drugs. Many might recommend melatonin, but it never did a thing for me.

St John's Wort.
It is good for memory and concentration, even ADHD.
It should NOT be taken with some medications though (like anti-depressants), so check with your doctor first.

It affects everyone differently. As far as sleeping, try melatonin.
