Only answer if you give violations to people.......Why do you feel the need to report people just because you are slighty offended? That person may well have thought long and hard about their answer and put across a valid point. Surely everybody is entitled to their own opinion.

Yes I have...and the reason was that someone was talking about sex with children which is not right and as an adult I have the right to report such things. I dont think that question slightly offended me..it offended me point blank. I also report racist questions as again I dont feel I should have to read questions using the 'N word and about how low and disgusting they feel black people are. This forum is designed for people with questions which are not aimed to offend a group of people. Yes some questions are just silly and I ignore them but some questions are posted to drum up hate.

kick back. I have been given one too for opposing the BNP; only with the help of posting a itemizing of each and every of the lawbreaking incidents of their officers/supporters. somebody else published a matching record at present, so i'm satisfied if my 11 factors wakes up some human beings to what they are all approximately. i've got in simple terms ever gained 3 violations and have challenged 2 of them, without respond the two so do no longer carry your breath Sonia C.

I agree, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have only ever given violations when the answer is clearly a piss take or insulting to me or others.

None of the answers that I have reported have had a lot of thought, if any, put into them.

I report questions more than answers; if they are baiting and hateful, obviously not questions that can be answered but just there to stir Sh**, then I report. And, will continue to do so; let them rephrase the questions into something civilized...

Furthermore, I often answer questions VERY RUDELY, knowing that I'm going to get violated, at least some people will see my answer before it is removed and hopefully it will embarrass the asker. I especially do that to questions that I report!! Double justice, telling the SOB off and getting him violated, often before someone violates me! Great fun.

While you are entitled to your own opinion everybody is entitled to report against violations of the yahoo question and answer. You should follow the rules and regulation if you do not want to be reported for such violations. Every body are covered with such rules and regulations as well as the law in our country.

Tell me about it even when i do find peoples responses offensive i don't go and report them. It's really silly if you think about it i mean your not going to change their opinion by reporting them. The best way to respond is to answer them with a good argument.
This tell tell behaviour is childish and achievs no results.

You should in most cases post a counter argument...

its not 'slightly offending'

i flag the questions because they are purposely immflamatory towards a group of people, but they have no evidence/it doesn't make sense to prove it.

and example is:
'Why do white girls always smell like trash?'
white girls dont alway smell like trash, you're just being mean.

or 'christains are ugly ****faces?'

i have seen several questions like that, and they serve only to lower the quality of yahoo anwers.

Some questions are obviously designed to cause trouble and stress. I've only ever violated one because it was sickening and clearly made up and would have caused upset to a lot of people.
