I assume that you mean magazine articles and the like. Go to any library and you can use their magazine and newspaper collection for free. Some libraries offer password access to databases (such as Ebsco, ProQuest, Newsbank, etc.) of magazine & newspaper articles. This access is provided within the library on its own computer terminals and many also allow remote (such as your home computer) access by cardholders. Just ask about what is possible and get whatever username and password that you need from the librarian.

About what? Most papers have free stuff you can use. Also 'pay per view' but many older stuff is free.
