Why repeat the question again & again ??
U have already asked it a few mins earlier.
But plzzzzzzzz never bring yr personal values & ethics to work. HoW ever good they might be, It causes a lot of friction ; cause they differ from one to another & gives rise to office-politics.
Be diplomatic & congenial towards all and do yr work sincerely & honestly.

Personal Values.
If you take Mogul history, though they were at war with others throughout their lives, they left unparallelled monuments which make us wondering about. How they found time to think and do this wonders. No body knows the answers.Similarly we should also do work with involvements which automatically adds the personal values in our work. For example let us take an ordinary example. If you reserve some tickets for a movie for a family which has elderly persons, instead of simply reserving the tickets, you can say to the person that you have some elderly persons who cannot claim steps so give tickets in the lowest level which is comfortable. This will have a personal value. All the monuments left by Moguls and Hindu emperors are their personal values only. They didn't simply build structures but monuments.
Ethics
It means principles which know the right and the wrong to do.If we call anything our achievement, that is leaving a path which others should follow. All our actions in life should create a path for others. But any action which should be justified by not only our self but also by others only can make a path.So any action with ethics will do the above job. Here is a fine example.Mahatma Gandhiji was one who did all his actions with ethics which are justified by all.He left a path for us to follow that is AHEMSA.Thank you for the opportunity to answer.

First you have to look at your companys code of ethics, from there you need to tailor your personal values and ethics to meet your companys code. If you are an ethical person with high moral standards this will not be a problem, the only place a problem occurs is being stern complying with company policies such as reporting certain things. In a case of you seeing something and knowing that reporting it may cause someone to loose their job, if this is the case put yourself in the copanys shoes and ask yourself how you would feel if somone working for you were doing that to you. If you company does not have a code as trusted co-workers, friends, or family what they would do in a particular situation, you normally associate with people that you trust and they sometimes can give good advice.

Personal values and ethics is basically one's own quality. Work place can give guidelines, rules and so on to help one keep this up. Having role models does help a lot at work place. Of course everybody wants to get good name at work.

its a frustrating issue, and I'm assuming that your values and ethics are far superior to what you are seeing at work. That being the case, you have to patiently lead by example, it will be a long slog, but your supervisors will notice almost immediately and gradually your behaviour will influence your peers. I do know this for a fact, because I have been in this situation myself. You have to be true to who you are and other than the above, there are no alternatives.

I don't see how work is different from any other place where you are. Your values and ethics live within you and are with you at all times irregardless of the situation of where you are.

Anything in ones environment starts from oneself. You and me as an individual are capable enough to bring in all the good things in the whole humankind - not to talk about just the work environment. Let's start right here - from ourselves, in our hearts.
