mine was going really slow yesterday but it not to bad today

Download spybot search and destroy, update it and run a search. You will have spyware/malware etc if you've ever surfed and these things slow down your internet. Many viruses also will slow down your internet so make sure your anti-virus is up to date and working.

It ain't. Probably something running on your computer (file sharing, auto updates, browser with too many plugins, bloated anti-virus), or maybe your ISP isn't giving you full bandwidth.
