they should have a season or 2 on a bike...to experience what the pucker factor is like when some azzhole left turns or pulls out in front of u....while on a cell phone.
biker's should be able to take said cell phone and try to make it bounce like a basketball.
those that left turn in front of a bike should get cracked for vehicular assault...aggravated veh. assault if he was on a cell phone at the time. if the rider doesnt make it, aggravated veh. homicide, and 2 year license suspension....that could be served ridin b-itch on a scoot.

Not necessarily a law, but I believe more emphasis should be put on the subject of sharing the road with bikers I.E. being aware of them and extending 'road courtesy'.
I think these issues should be a greater part of drivers education and drivers license testing. There is very little focus on these topics now, 1 question in testing ,1 sentence in drivers Ed. ,not enough.

I don't think we need any new laws, the problem is drivers who don't care about obeying the existing traffic laws. What would a new law do to change that? It's really a matter of education more than anything else.

None.
I would prefer the existing ones were enforced instead.
How we travel on the roadways is already well regulated.
There are rules, regulations and laws to govern any action.

Of course you could write a law that said drivers must know all the driving laws. .(Haha)
