When you're using a hotel to marry, it's always a good idea to deal with a "marraige organiser" directly, not with a travel agent.
Hilton have excellent customer service, so get on the email to them or lift the phone and call them. However, there is major refurbishment going on which will not be completed until 2008, so many of the reputable directories are not featuring the hotel just yet.
Big hotel chains like to service their clients directly, but sometimes you do not get the best deal for your guests. Make sure that you do your research properly on hotel prices available in the area. Depending on the time of year, say in the off season, guests will get good deals at the last minute withing 21 days. Here's an example of a reputable site for Malta accommodation.
I've also enclosed some other links to help make your stay a great event.
All the best and good luck with your wedding plans

Try the hotel website, then find a hotel , then events, it will come up with the rooms that they have and the capacity they hold, they also show a picture of the room which you can enlarge.
