U can Download Via card reader or bluetooth or using pc suite soetware

These days every phone comes with a software for tranferring contents between the mobile phone and computers. Install this software on a computer. Using this software .sis softwares can be installed on the phone. You need a data cable to do this.

If you are using nokia or any Symbian operating phone then -

for Nokia - you can use the Nokia PC Suite - Application installer

for Others - I m not quite sure
