Your period wont make a diffeence to your normal every day life it will just mean aquite a few more extra visit's too the loo! Always make sure you change your tampon or towel regurarly every couple of hours and make sure you keep a supply handy for your next monthly cycle!xxxx

You can definitely take a bath or shower while you are on your period. It is just an old wives tale that sometihng bad will happen it you bath while on you period. No damage will occur and bathing will make you feel better. It may also help relieve cramps if you soak in a warm tub.

Sit back and relax!

Yes, don't worry - you can have a bath! Personally I don't cos then there would be period stuff in the bath so I prefer a shower! Some superstitions exist that going near flowing water during your period will offend water spirits so give you bad luck, but don't worry a bath will not harm you at all. xx

No damage at all in fact by keeping yourself clean you are helping keep germs at bay. When I was young I was told not to bathe or wash my hair while having my period but times have changed, luckily.
Go ahead and have a long warm soak - you'll feel lots better afterwards.

Having a bath is fine! Strangly enough you dont bleed while in the bath, so your water isnt going to get red or anything!!! Dont worry and have a relaxing bath!!

Yes in fact at the time of your period you have to wash more frequently, I think a shower is more beneficial at this time than a bath, you can even go swimming on your period as long as you wear a tampon

Yes, it is ok to take baths and showers while on your period. I have often used a hot (not hot enough to burn myself of course) bath or shower to help whenever I would get cramping.

of course u can !!!! if anything the wharm water will ease any stomach pain u are having.
Go now, run a deep bath, grab a book/magazine, cup of coffee & have a long soak.
Because u are in a lying down position u are less likely to leak any fluid
