Go stand up to that prick, but be civil. Use your brain to difuse his demeanor, and if that doe'snt work, whoop his ***. And if you can't do that, then sue him in court.

call the law enforcement officers... tell them you're listening to screaming and the sounds of somebody being hit. Fail to show that's a canine. tell them you're afraid in the journey that your neighbor is acquainted with you're who referred to as you would be next.

as long as he hasnt harmed you, but if you dont feel safe in your own home youve got to do something, buy a german shepherd, where do you live, what type of community is this let me know

get a restraining order
you've got the evidence.
he wont be able to call you, talk to you, send you thing sing the amil, be near you etcx.
