ive been thinking of asking her out over myspace but ive had people say if a ask her out she will say yes but the main thing is that im a freshman in high school and she is a jr. and i dont know how to approch this

Just ask her, don't be one of those "if only people" If you don't ask you don't get.It is only a date, not marriage.Ask her out to a place or an event that she likes.Or if you don't want to do it in person, write her a note with a time and place to meet for coffee.The right way to ask a single girl out is, "Let's get together and do something sometime." Memorize these words. By saying this, you give an impression of a casual meeting. No big deal. Friends getting to know each other. Not a formal date. If you say this, her response will let you know whether she wants to date you or not.

First of all, be confident. Lack of confidence is a major turn off for a lot of girls.
Try asking her to go shoot some pool or something along those lines just as friends. Then when you two are out and having fun, you can ask her and see what she thinks of you. Sometimes it helps for a girl to hang out with you before just coming out and asking her out before she even knows if you are fun person or not.
