The DVD will be released in the UK on 12 March and in the USA on the 24 April. Special features will include a making-of featurette, and a feature length commentary by Stephen Frears, writer Peter Morgan and Robert Lacey, biographer of Queen Elizabeth II.

It's already playing on Atlantic flights, on the airlines.....so it probably is out on DVD now.
You can buy bootleg copies which are WELL MADE for 5 bucks in the USA. I saw Dream Girls on bootleg already....
Ask around among your sketchier character friends, for a copy of THE QUEEN.
