if u fear in proposing some one the first become a good friend of the person and then slowely understand the persons nature and the either propose in writing or face to face or u cant ask any of the friend of the person to tell that u ____ the person

Son, you just need to get your courage up and do it. The only way to get over this is to just do it. Maybe you should do a shot of Jack Daniels before hand (but don't get hammered!) and ask the girl.
If you keep waiting and waiting, this girl is probably eventually going to give you the heave ho and tell you to hit the road. Better to get a straight answer from her now than keep putting it off and feeling bad.
