Try some "white noise". That is, turn on a fan, or something that isn't noisy, but will help cover up the other sounds that can wake you. Please, also check stores in your area for those "nature sounds" machines. That can help too. And, maybe something to help cover your eyes, like seen on tv, the rich women sometimes wear them, an eye mask I think is what they call it. I have found that "white noise" has helped me when I need to sleep good. Take care.

Wear earplugs if you have to. Have a set routine for bedtime and stick to it. Buy 5% window film that keeps the light out of your bedroom. Go to sleep at a routine time everyday. Do not exercise before bed. Do not eat for at least 4 to 6 hours before bed. No caffeine 4 to 6 hours before bed either.1 tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water helps me to sleep before bed. Good luck.

Ear plugs would be good or what I use is a fan. The sound of the motor puts me to sleep and other noises dont bother me. And its something you may already have around the house.

Earplugs, headphones....you are going to have to drown out the noise, or cover it with some 'white noise' such as a machine that plays the sound of waves crasing on the beach.
