Do Not let your daughter call him daddy! That is a name that must be earned. If he leaves, it will break her little heart. She is too important to let a man that can't commit hurt her. If you have been going out for several years and he is not ready I would not waste any more time on him. You may be surprised, if you let him go, demand that he go, then the more he will want to stay and it just might self correct the situation. If not, find some one that deserves that love of your little girl and you.
