I'm not positive yet that I am pregnant, but if I am I'd probably be about two months. I've had a lot of muscle spasms in one of my legs and also once in my lower abdomen. I've never had so many so frequently and I've NEVER had one in my lower abdomen like that.

I have been having muscle spasams that feel like Charley hourses in my tummy for a year before i got pregnant , and now they are 10 times worse. The muscle gets so tight that when it lets go.... it looks like ma full term baby rolling in my belly.

I have muscle relaxers and the dr said to take them if i needed them , but have only taken them 2 times since I have been pregnant. When I bend to tie my shoes I always trigger them, So im wearing alot of house slippers, and backless sandles, provided we dont get anymore snow and ice

You need to talk to your dr. Just eatting Bananas may not be enough for you. I have to take meds to get rid of my extra fluid, and I cant retain any potassium from the foods i eat, my body does not absorb the potassium. But if yours does there is a large list of natural foods that do...... Here is a link to help you chose some foods high in it. For example raisins have way more then bananas!!

Yes. A whole lot of weird stuff happens to your body with pregnancy, but it's all normal! Sometimes it's just stuff to laugh about later!

You should get checked by a dr to confirm pregnancy and start your medical checkups asap. You should also be taking your prenatal vitamins and drinking your water. Sorry if I sound like an overbearing mother!
Take care!

and congrats!!
