I want if somebody has experience for driving in Russia and special in zona between Ucrain and Tomsk,Russia

Will you have a local, Russian speaker with you? If not, please don't do it, unless you absolutely have to. It's not a lot of fun. Of course, once (if?) you've done it, you'll remember the experience your entire life.

Major roads are not as bad, as some pictures show (they are usually paved), but drivers are quite reckless when passing (these are mostly two lane roads - one for each direction). And if the car breaks down, you'll ddefinitely need an interpreter.

I lived in South Ural and in Tomsk.

go from Romenia to Kiev ,after by road to Moscow or go at seacoast of Ukrania to Rostov-on-Don from this city go to Volgograd,after go to Tomsk

I would suggest taking the train. It's much faster and safer.
