the bottle usually says to consult your physician for children under 2 years. when talking about a 2 month old I would not take advice from anyone on here concerning medicine.

A baby between 12 and 17 pounds can take 1.0mL (80mg) maximum every four hours.
Panodol is not the same as tylenol. The generic name for tylenol is acetaminophen.
Tylenol is a well-studied drug and you can be assured that this dose is safe amount to reduce fever and help calm a baby.

My baby was 12 pounds on the 28th of February and was 2 months and 1 week and the Doctor figured up the Tylenol dosage for me and it was one full dropper every 6 hours (instead of 4 hours), of Tylenol infant. If you have any more questions please contact me.

If tylenol is like panadol it says- 4-6kgs 0.6 - 0.9mls. 6-8kgs 0.9 - 1.2mls. It should say on the bottle dont guess. Ring the chemist if your not sure. You havent said why the baby needs it? I'm not a dr but sometimes when there little they get bab stomach pains. I took my mothers advice and let my daughter float in a warm bath and sure enough she pooped everywhere but hey it did the trick and hubby scooped it out all was good. Good luck.

9-15 lbs need .8cc
15-20lb need 1.2cc
20-25 need 1.6cc
Ok well thats all im going to put...only give them acetaminophen NOT ibuprofen for a baby that small...but as pretty much everyone said call the pediatrician!

They shouldn't. Most medicines are NOT to be taken by babys under 3 months and always follow the label. If you are in doubt consult with your pharmacist or doctor.

Call the pediatrician. They should be the only ones telling you how much medicine you should give your baby.
