It sounds like you two need to spend more time together before you even speculate about attaching yourself to someone for what is supposed to be the REST OF YOUR LIVES! I think you are rushing things. Usually you know the person well enough to at least know their reaction to a marriage proposal. Step back, my man, take a deep breath, and try and understand why you are moving this way too fast. What's the rush? If it's right it will be right in a year too, won't it?

if you love her go for it - dont worry abt not being sure about her feelings - very few men can truely know that haha
if u dont know why -- then keep waiting for the 2nd interaction
