" I must have something to drink." is the odd one out. This sentence is a statement of fact where the other statements are suppositions.

I must have something to drink.
I don't know the correct language to use here but i am pritty sure that this one s different and the others appear to be assumptions made by one or more pieces of evidence. This is a statement of a requirement, indisputable in that the person saying it is the only person who can make that statement regarding them self.

I know that's not good English but i am 100% positive its the correct answer, i believe someone just above me had put it in a better statement.
Thank you for your question.

They are completely rational to me. They want you eating in a particular area so you are not seeing eating your meal with the customers and taking table customers could use. You may be able to eat outside if there is a backyard or something, not hanging around outside the front door. By having a would be employee fill it out on-site it allows them to see how intelligent they are when it comes to thinking on their feet, rather than going home and making things up or searching on the web for things you might write that isn't original.

That must have been awful.

Two possible reasons. It refers to an event, not a person (She, Alan, Theives, I) and also expresses a feeling rather than the physical (Address, Here, Window, Drink).
