usually, the best indicator for height - is to double the child's
height when measured at the age of 39 months

did you write down any numbers close to that time? - that will be your best bet

that is quite young, but then again i had my period when i was 11yrs old.

and am only 150cm tall. (yes really small) and weigh 48kg
and am 22yrs old.

she will grow def, as she is only 10yrs old
she is quite tall for 10yrs old

You can start at any age. It dosent stop you from growing.
