I am 21 (well i will be next week!!!!!!) have naturally blonde hair, green eyes and am fair. I have always loved make up and am not scared toexperiment, but at the moment I'm stuck in the "put on my make up so it looks like Im not really wearing any" phase. It worked really well, until i dyed my hair dark/medium brown. Now i need help! none of my clothes (mainly pastel pinks, blues etc) suit me anymore! I can live with that, clothes are easy to replace, but can anyone suggest how to adjust my make up accordingly? If I do it the way I've always done it i end up looking washed out. The dark colour has made my eyes stand out nicely, I love it! Any suggestions? Thank you in advance :)

i am fair with dark hair too
since you have green eyes make them stand out use a brown/fawn eyeliner as black can be too harsh against fair skin.
colours that suit ur skin is peach, earthy tones and some pinks but not too pale as they can make you look washed out. dont use anything too close to your skin tone or anything dramatically contrasting. natural look with dramatic eyes always looks good: warm peach blush, pinky lip gloss, chesnut brown eyeshadow and eyeliner with lots of mascara...hope i helped you.

Put on a loose powder that matches your skin tone. Brush on a light pink blush...on the apples, and then extend it out to the hairline. I sometimes put just a little bit of blush on the my temples next to my eyes, too. Then put a silvery eyeshadow underneath your eyebrows and on the inner corner of your eyes. Take a grey or brown eyeliner (or shadow, if you prefer) and line the outer corner of your eyes, and then smudge it so that it doesn't look too harsh. Put on brown mascara, and you done. My colouring is similar to your's (except that my hair is naturally brown), and this looks really nice and natural and not washed out at all...and the silvery eyeshadow will really make your eyes pop. Have fun!

I love brown eye shadows- check out Bambi or Cinntilate.

Lipsticks- You could try Passionate or Hint of mint Lip gloss in black raspberry might look nice. Also like Paris lip noveau over the passionate lipstick.
Good Luck- I am sure you will look great.

Daily: A light line with black eyeliner and black mascara. The color of the eyeliner may change on what your wearing but I suggest, dark green, dark brown. Always black mascara.
Special occasions: Dark brown or dark green eye powder shinny, and a lot of mascara.
You fit the lipstick on your choice.
