The Collins Complete UK Hit Singles 1952-2005 doesn't list a single mention of Grace Kelly, and it lists all the top 100 titles during those years.
I certainly don't remember it, and I've been around for a couple of years.
If it's not listed in that 'bible' then you can rest assured that nobody else has done it.
