I doubt it, as the gp bike cannot have parts related to a production model. They could make a rc211v since that model is no longer raced. I dont believe they will, otherwise they would have it out already like Ducati does.
As for the two guys fighting about the rc51 and cbr1000 I believe the the cbr will whoop up on the rc. The rc was only produced because 2cyl 1000cc bikes had a big advantage over 750cc 4cyl bikes once the rule allowed 4cyl honda quit racing the rc. The twin in the superbike class is still given many performance advantages such as gearbox and FI changes. The cbr1000 is currently leading the WSBK points. Oh yeah and Nicky Hayden (AKA the Forrest Gump of motogp) is a moron.

No considering they never sold a road version of the 211v. The rc51 is a total turd that honda made in big numbers, getting people to think it was a limited edition such as the rc30/rc45. The cbr1000rr will spank the rc51 in any sort of contest, but I digress.

no the only thing close is the cbr1000rr it uses some of the tech. but it has a inline 4 instead of a v5 motor
buy a rc51 they are the real thing Colin edwards and nicky hayden both won titles with it

lets see how many championships has the cbr1000rr won since its intro in racing? Uhhhh. thats a big fat ZERO. and I have your turd hangin
