i should pay a agent 180 per month he splits between all my depters now i have no job how can i pay and may never get one i have no assets i live with my mum i have nothing to sell of my own could self bankrupcy be my only opion

You need to speak with an attorney for advice-one that costs nothing. Give him all the information that you have and let him advise you or refer you to another attorney.

no income+no assets+17000 debts=bankruptcy. contact citizens advice or local courts for details.
My advice is after bankruptcy go abroad to work then you will not have so much hassle

no do not go down that route. go to see the citizen.s advice. they helped out my brother some time ago. he had a 30.000 dept. good luck.
