Dr. John Mulu PhD? Either Dr. John Mulu or John Mulu, Phd. And Sir Dr. Jugard Bright is wrong too. Dr. Sir Lugard Bright is the correct title.

I wonder where Oceanic is?

The Nigerian scam takes yet another form. Did you know that it pre-dates the Internet?

You have been spammed.

It's a scam to get hold of your details so they can rip you off.
There's a phone number there. The 234 prefix means it's from Nigeria, a so called Nigerian scam. Call the police and they may be able to trace the culprits from the phone number and put them away.!!

Do not fall prey to such gimmicks. 10 Lakh dollars is too much. And this prize is given to 50 winners. Cannot digest.

Answer: Just go ahead and buy a new car and then start burning $100 bills baby because you're rich! You should call your boss and tell him/her off right now. Quit, you don't need it because you're a luck millionaire.

get an official help address, foreward it, and ask them if it's real.

From looking at the information they want, though, they're trying to steal your identity.
