Interesting question.
Firstly - Liverpool won the match away from home beating Barcelona 2:1. Liverpool have to make sure that Barcelona do not score more than two goals without them scoring. Should Barcelona win by two clear goals, Liverpool will not progress to the next round. I am very confident that Liverpool will be able to hold Barcelona at Anfield tonight. They (Barcelona) might win the match, but it's unlikely that they will do it by two clear goals away from home!
Secondly - Manchester United need to win the match tomorrow. It is as simple as that. No complicated statistics. Should they draw (say 0:0), they might stand a chance of an away goal - but if they draw (say 1:1), there is a possibility of extra time and penalties to decide the winner.
Thirdly - As far as Arsenal are concerned, they are in deep trouble, but they can redeem themselves. They need to win the game at Emirates by two clear goals against PSV. They are almost in the same situation as Barcelona - their advantage is that they are playing at home. Any kind of draw will not do for the Gunners, they just need to win the match. 1:0 might work for them since PSV scored only one goal, and that in their home-ground.

Well, man united can draw the game 0-0 as they are 1-0 up on aggragate thanks to the superb away goal. United can afford to draw any score and will still got through

liverpool have to suffer 90 mins of an all out attack, from ronaldinho,deco,e'to,gudjohnnsen, arsenal HAVE to find 2 goals and not conceed,
chelsea can just smother the game(boring)
and united will go out and entertain 3,4,-0.
