I just bought my n93 phone and put the sim card in, i went to security settings and opend sim&phone, and it asked me for PUK code, i just typed anything alot of times, now it says "sim card rejected" when i turn on my phone.
Do i need to buy a new sim or can the guys in the phone stores fix it?

I think you click the wrong PIN No. more than 3x and that is the reason why they asked you for the PUK. And if you press the wrong PUK again for more than 3x(some said 10x), your SIM card is already BLOCKED.

That happened to me twice.
The first time it happened, I called my service provider and they said I need to change my SIM card and I need to pay S$30 that time. But my number still the same.

Second time,I press the wrong PIN no. 3x again but this time when I called my sevice provider they just asked me the SIM card no. which can be found at the back of your SIM card. I didn't pay any this time.

SO in your case, you have to go to your service provider to get a new SIM card.

Hope this help.

You can originate your phone settings by entering the specific code. If you don't know the code you can go to a phone shop and they will do it for you.

You can try to "restore to manufacturer setting" under setting. If still can't, bring to the store and fix it.
