Absolutely great at it. Take some speech classes in college and join an organization like toastmasters. It takes practice, but I learned to overcome nervousness and make very effective speeches.
It can be kind of fun after you master it.

No, I have never tried it, I believe it's something you can learn, even though there is such a thing as a born talent, I believe they to have to practice as well though
