i want to become a leader!
so i have to be able to think like a leader...
i want to know how should i think
what things should i think of and what things i shouldnt!

Well, a leader should be confident and never put himself or herself (or anyone else) down. When faced with a problem he or she should think it through cautiously and from more than one angle. Always think before you act.

A leader should be able to use his or her's instincts and be able to take risks. A leader should lead, be smart, and decisive (you can't just tHinK you know it all and be a jerk). A leader is supportive and encouraging. A leader is someone who is independent.

Being a leader is a big responsibility.

I assume you mean "what does a leader need to think of to become a leader".. A leader should think of the needs and aspirations of the group he/she leads. In taking the lead he/she should be conscious of the individual personalities and traits in the group and their interaction and the ultimate collective goal.....a little like this forum really.... if that's not too deep for those who would dismiss your question out of hand.
