Yes,initially it would be hard to implement but gradually it will work I think so.But it will take long time as the whole system is now corrupted.

Gandhigiri can be practised by only those who are retired from life. Honesty in work place is misnomer. One may have to lie for the sake of a company and ensure permanency of job.
