You can't keep them from the pond but if you have the right fish they will rapidly eat the spawn. It is all part of natures cycle. I have a pond and the frogs like to live there but because I have large Koi the spawn is eaten before much can hatch. The tadpoles that do hatch are generally eaten whilst small as well.

If you really want to keep them out, you will need to cover the pond with find plastic or metal netting. You can get rid of the spawn by fishing them out with a net or introduce fish that eat them, e.g. carps. If you fish the spawn out, put them somewhere where they can hatch out so that they can provide food for birds and eat up slugs.

You could balance your pond ecologically by introducing one or two predatory fish to control the tadpoles and keep their number down. However do not elliminate all of them as frogs are also usefull to keep the insects out. When all the tadpoles has grown to frogs, they will leave the pond.

Fish and frogs are designed to live together. Besides it makes for a much more intersting pond than one that contains only fish and your garden will benefit as frogs will help to keep insects down. You should think yourself lucky that wildlife has established in your garden.
