Who are the best and worst celebrity askers on answers?

not just their questions. I mean the way they respond.

My vote best: Dr Drew (he surprised me and bothered to pick a best answer, and give a good follow up.)

Worst, I'm having trouble picking which politician (I think there were 23 of them). I haven't seen one actually read the questions yet.
