I believe that you cannot be both...They say that a leader has to be a follower, but I think that leaders are born and made, so there's this corresponding Je nE sais quoi in them...

Some people just lead, they have to follow... that's why not everyone is a leader bcuz who will there be to follow if everyone's a leader??

Some people just follow, can't lead. If everyone could follow, where are the leaders????

I am both.

I am a very open-minded and creative Leader. I'd do anything to help my followers, I would think of them first before I do to myself. I would discipline them If i have too although sometimes I make the wrong decision, I always think of creative ways to get my members out of trouble

I am a humble follower, but I suggest anything I could think of. I do whatever my leader tells me to do so (if it is sensible). I can be very trusted.

Although I must say, it is harder to be a leader because all the pressure is thrown on you. You have to think and do amost all of it. You get to organize everything. You need to patient, understanding, creative, confident and open-minded. You should always be ready of anything. Surely, the leader does the most effort.

But the hardest thing that bost needs is Cooperation and Participation ...
