You shouldn't take your reflection so seriously. Maybe he laughed in a carefree sort of way and wasn't laughing at you at all. It may pay to reflect on this..!

Maybe that means that you know that you do something bad but you don't want to change it.
Look again, and if your feelings say that you need to change and you don't like what u see then do the change.
