Most lizards just stick to hissing.
Crested gecko's are known to communicate with clicks, chirps, or bark's at night.
Tokay's are the most vocal of most lizards, barking and calling "To too to kaayy!" at night.
VERY few bearded dragons have been known to chirp or bark. It is commonly believed that this is only something that a dragon can learn from a dragon who already does it. I dont think any actual studies have been done. My dragon has chirped at me twice in 8 months :p

It looks like you're pretty much stuck with hisses, clicks, and 'chirps', unless you have a Tokay gecko. I believe they are the only lizard considered to have a true 'voice'. They can be heard (generally at night) to call to each other with a sound similar to "to -kay". Hence the name. (By the way , mine was named Art. They are normally a fairly aggressive lizard, but after having broken his jaw -please remember to give calcium supplements- I force fed him for a month and he lived for over another year and became quite tame.)

I have 3 iguanas and I have never heard them make a noise, probably because they are very happy and don't feel threatened!

Iguanas can hiss and grunt (they do when fighting or threatened). Domestic geckos make clucking noises when attracting mate or establishing territory.

Different types of lizard make different sounds.
For example geckos make a chirping sound, like a bird.
