Spruce is a type of wood. It's a description of some wood paneling along the side of the wall and it's tone matches the wood on the the floor.

This is possibly the oddest question I have ever read and I'm embarrassed I know the answer.

It means that in appearance it looks like spruce wood so that it matches that of real spruce wood flooring.

I think "profile" refers to the edging they use along the skirting boards. It will blend in with the floor.

OR.....

The finish of the floor looks like spruce, so it looks expensive but it's not.

Spruce wood, often called whitewood, is used for many purposes, ranging from general construction work and crates to highly specialised uses.
