I always see a green discharge on my panties and also when I wipe my vagina with a tissue. It is not itchy. This happens all the time except when I see white, stretchy discharge for a week every month, and my cycle is on average about 40days, but sometimes I can miss 2 or 3 periods in a year. Am I normal?

As far as the green discharge is concerned you may have trichamoniasis. PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) may explain your missed periods. See a doctor for both.

The greenish discharge is likely to be an infection- probably trichomonas. The other discharge is the usual one associated with ovulation. You need to see a gynecologist for an exam to check out the exact cause of the green discharge and get treated for that. Trichamonas doesn't always itch , but greenish is the color, and you don't need to keep it. It's easily treated. You do need to be treated, however- because any of the common vaginal infections can cause other problems if left untreated too long.
