I'm asking for the cebu pacific airlines office in manila so that i can buy a ticket.

you can log on to their website http://www.cebupacificair.com. you can make reservations for your ticket then just call their hotline and ask where the nearest possible ticketing office is so you don't have to go to the main branch..

you don't have to go to the main office. ticketing agencies could give you a ticket and they're all over manila.
