To fake the moon landings by the government,money was no object and you could hire anybody you wanted to help you to make it look real.
Do you think you would be able to pull of this stunt? (like in the flim capricorn 1,only that was to fake the mars landings)
or would your plan fall apart at the seems?

I think all this conspricy theory about the moon landings is a load of rubbish. Firstly the moon is quite visable to the naked eye so surely with a powerful telescope they could have been seen on the moon especially is you were looking in the place they landed.
At the height of the cold war surely the Russians would have been traking the mission, landing on the moon was a high prestige event. The Russians had been overtaken in the space race surely they would have let the world know it was a fake.
Had a large persentage of the florida population been hypnotised to believe that Saturn rocket where taking off when in reality they weren't.
Time to put this one to bed

humorous how even the sensationalist article which you basically stated does not in fact SAY that NASA has envisioned an asteroid headed for good sized apple. It maximum clever describes what might on the instant be performed, in line with Charles Bolden, if one have been found out.

Easy-peasy! I would hire the guy who faked the attack on the World Trade Centre or the guy who tricked us into believing that bus and Tube attacks in London actually happened.

I would not just stop at moon landings, I would fake full on moon bases, and make it cost $1 billion to visit them...so nobody would go...but everyone would think we had moon bases
