However i have subsequently found out that i am investigating the reaction by altering the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide. I presume the greater the concentration the more molecules there are to be broken down by the catalase. But can anyone give me more information!

u can investigate the reaction by altering the concentration but u must make sure that the volume of hydrogen peroxide used is the same to know that there will be more molecules of hydrogen peroxide(:
