They tell you they do it so they can be in tune with what today's youth are involved in so they can reach them better...........What would your opinion be of them?

What they do in their private lives in secret (alone) has nothing to do with uplifting the faith of others....they are as human as you and me...they curse when they are mad sometimes, enjoy a dirty joke at the right time and place, and they can admire a beautiful woman that passes their way. As long as its not an adulterous or minor age situation, then don't let that sweat your feelings about them. They have the same desires that we have and as we all have, masturbated from time to time in their lives. Its a natural thing and as I said, they are human just like us...no different, no better...They deliver a message that God puts in their heart. Remember...David in the bible was called "A man after my own heart" by God himself, even after he had an affair with a woman and sent her husband of to war where he died....and Paul was a TAX COLLECTOR!!! How crooked must he have been......yet he was obeidient to God and was blessed.

If that's his excuse, he's lying. Nobody watches porn to be in tune with a younger generation, they watch porn to get off. I could understand listening to hip hop, but I would lose all respect for him if he lied and said he watched porn to understand the new generation. The type of hip hop out today is what? 10 maybe 15 years old? Porn has been around since the invention of the camera. I would expect a man of the cloth to watch porn just as much as anyone who isn't getting any. Hell, if my wife shuts me down twice in one week, I'm ready to break out the dvd's.

Back in the 70s I used to hang out with a Catholic Priest. We listened to Skynard and smoked pot together. He was one of the most respected men in the area. Had a huge following.

I would probably just laugh to myself.You can't judge a man of the cloth,they aren't perfect either.
