NO.
No official source has confirmed that there would be a SEED 3. The only thing fans know is the production of the Seed Movie.

I don't know about the continuation of that gundam series, but they have made more gundams after GSD, but with different characters and plot, like they usually do.
To be honest I was attached to the people from gundam seed and gundam seed destiny.
