I just recently lost two of my ficus trees during a hard freeze in central Florida, will they grow back?

No, if they are really dead, like underneath the bark is no green left, then they will not grow back. Trees do not usually grow from the roots again if they really froze. Only willow trees do that I think.... but Ficus... no, sorry... you'd better plant new ones...
