can we say "go" even if our parents would say "no"? What do you think would be the best thing to do in this kind of situation?

In answer to the first question: yes.

However, I did this before, and I must say, ever since then, my mind will try to unlove a friend of relative if they hurt me. My mind tries to unlove them as a defense mechanism, aznd it tries to do this without my permission or consent. Sometimes it succeeds, though I still retain compassion for the individual/s.

May you know the Lord and have peace.

It all depends on you. You could love this person until you are able to have a relationship with him/her. If you are still under the wing of your parent (i.e. you are still dependent on them) i think you owe it to your parents, respect their decision if they say no to a guy/girl. In time, it won't be long when you are out of their wing, you could do anything you want.
