Why did you stop? When we age, we often change our interests. Do you have a passion today or are you uninterested in everything? Are you missing that passion in general and recall you had it for dance? There may be a new passion awaiting. Or, do you long to dance but have llittle energy to do it? You have to unlock the answer by asking the question. Bringing back an interest to dance may be as simple as determining what keeps you from enjoying it and deciding how to remove the obstacle...could it be you have tied yourself to someone who doesn't want you to dance or saps the desire from you?

Go to see a dance show. Attend a class in style of dance you haven't previously tried. Go to specialist dance club (like salsa or belly dance) listen to the music and I promis you want be able to resist dancing. Watch a proffesional dance class at your local dance studio and the talent of the dancers you see will inspire you and their passion will be contagiouse.

OK heres my suggestion.dancing can be fun and depending on what kind of dance you do it can be sexy (ex: salsa).Take your man out to the club, where you think they might play the music you like, and drag him on the dance floor. If you don't have a man, there's the way to get one.Once you see how much fun your having and your body starts movin you'll remember how much you love to dance, and so will your dance moves.

What kind of dance do you like? If you like the classic ones, go and watch some movies that have some great stars dancing(ex. the movies that Fred Astaire starred in).

If it doesn't suit you, watch dancing shows.

Go with a crowd that has fun and it'll be fun too. Or get a bunch of people together to meet at a certain place. It's always more comfortable going to clubs and seeing your friends there.
